Mo Han Do is great way to learn Martial Arts, Get Fit and learn how to defend yourself and others. The Master, 8th Degree and High Ranked Champion, has been teaching for 30 years and running the association now for 24 years (July 1987), firstly as the ‘Southern Freestyle Kung Fu Association’ and now as part of the ‘Mo Han Do Unlimited Martial Arts Association’. The Association will support and help your knowledge grow for new or experienced students. It doesn't stop there either unlike many clubs you can be taught directly from the Master, learn all of the systems individually or all at once at a progress rate that suits you! The Mo Han Do Martial Arts association is delighted to announce that, after many years of intense training; Carl Lewis has been graded and appointed as Chief Instructor of the Association. Carl Lewis has replicated the early part of the Master’s path in attaining Instructor level in Pak Mei, Choy Le Fut & Freestyle Kung Fu. Carl Lewis has lead the Mo Han Do Association in the Instruction of Short Fist, Long Fist and Free Fist styles since the year of 2007. |
